| Our first city on the trip is Manchester, not too far from home yet seems miles ahead in its outlook on modern life. An abundance of high street stores, cafes and restaurants.
We are very lucky to be staying at THE PLACE apartment hotel, a contemporary alternative to a traditional 4 Star Manchester hotel. Little extra care from staff and it would be greatly improved.
Didn't get much chance to get out and about due to work. Although had a great time with crowd at the apartment

| Chinese buffet ALL YOU CAN EAT, had a good fill but stayed away from some dodgy looking mussels. |

| Great wifi in hotel, luckly in the package we had as alternative was £4.50 per hour, Very steep |

| Out and About |
| Saturday night was what you expect in manchester, Party time, lots of people from all walks of life, drinking far to much and falling about. Then again why not, you have to let of steam somehow. |
